You will enter into sobriety and remain alcohol/drug free by using the best and easiest ways known. That was my goal  when I set out to write this book for you. And I feel certain you will understand and agree with the these principals that I have set before you here. I understand that the well being of not just you but that of your family is hinged on you entering recovery and staying there the rest of your life.
